Lentil patty. Incredibly easy, healthy and delicious!!
Prepare green lentils:
- I added garlic, carrots, tomato paste, dijon mustard, herbs de Provence, olive oil, and sea salt.
Once cooked allow to return to room temperature, then add 1 egg, stir to combine.
Fry and serve!
Can be used as a burger substitute or eaten alone.
